This series are fully automatic single-stage building machines for passenger car radial tires.They are suitable for automatic forming of passenger car radial tires, SUV radial tires and light truck radial tires.

The machine integrates feeding, cutting, laminating, shaping, combining and pressing in one process. It realizes one-step tire building with high forming precision, stable efficiency, easy operation and high reliability, meeting the mass and standardized production requirements of tire manufacturers.
