This is a semi-steel building machine suitable for manufacturing standard passenger car radial tires (PCR), high-performance passenger car radial tires (UHPT) and light truck radial tires (LTR).
Model 1420: Suitable for PCR & UHP series tires with specifications of 14"-20"
Model 1822: Suitable for PCR & UHP series tires with specifications of 18"-22"
1. Model 1420 is applicable to the building of 14"～20" semi-steel passenger/car radial tires, and Model 1822 is applicable to the building of 18"～22" semi-steel passenger/car radial tires.
2. It is especially suitable for the high-efficiency building of high-precision radial tires.
3. High degree of automation: automatic pre-compounding of inner liner and sidewall, automatic cutting, automatic deviation correction and automatic lamination of carcass and belt, as well as automatic winding lamination of crown belt.
4. Touch screen setting, PLC control, field bus communication and servo drive ensure convenient operation and simple maintenance for users.
5. Independent editing of user programs is supported, facilitating users to adjust the operation programs of the equipment.
