March 24, 2026 – The 8th Expanded Council Meeting of the 10th Session of CRIA & the 21st China Rubber Annual Conference, hosted by China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA), grandly opened at Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao, Shandong. Under the theme “Breakthrough & Innovation, Collaborative Growth”, the conference (March 24–27) has gathered over 1,000 enterprise representatives, experts, and global industrial chain partners to explore high-quality development for the rubber and tire industry.


Against volatile raw material prices, intensifying market competition, and rapid green low-carbon transformation, the global rubber and tire industry is facing multiple challenges. Focusing on industry pain points and trends, the conference builds an international platform for policy interpretation, technical exchange, industrial cooperation and resource connection.

Today, the conference completed registration and branch council meetings, discussing 2026 industry work plans. On March 25, the expanded council meeting and main forum will be held. Ms. Xu Wenying, President of CRIA, will review 2025 and outlook 2026; leaders from Sailun Group, Zhongce Rubber and other leading enterprises will deliver speeches on overseas layout, AI application and compliance.
